Oh I'm sure he is I think Robby really does want to be a part of events, but he is just having such a bad year on the courts so that holds him back. I honestly thought Robby would at least be able to hold what he gained last year, but he just hasn't done it I was ready for James to have a break out year and he seems so far to have really done that But Robby

I don't really think an exhibition with Pete has any logical relevance to anything related to his struggles this season one way or the other.

Will Robby be able to talk Andy into playing doubles with him in Houston? I want Gineproddick back! Andy played doubles there last year I believe...

Re: Don't be afraid of some dirt - U.S. Men's Claycourt Championship

hm, maybe... except that Andy will be coming from Davis Cup which he wasn't last year, and last year he just played with an oooollllllldddd buddy. I suppose if they were guaranteed a match before his singles match he might, to get his clay feet, but I would be pretty surprised if he plays doubles in houston this year.

Since Bobby is in the Tournament that would work out probably well for both of them. I just hope that Robby doesn't get sick in Houston

I like Bobby... I'm just not excited about them playing doubles together... Gineproddick won their last match! And I want a continuation of what they started because they deserved to play another match together...

Re: Don't be afraid of some dirt - U.S. Men's Claycourt Championship

Well, they won but it was a really easy match considering one of the guys had like never played pro tennis before, certainly not against (or with) top players. I doubt they're gonna go out and win titles

Anyway I really doubt Andy will play doubles anyway. I suppose anything's possible, but I'd be surprised.
