I'm glad that 1) I found someone that agrees with me on that and 2) that someone else has the nerve to say it

They always sit far away. They did it at the USO when he won, too, he had to run around the stadium to find them. That's what they do, they're quietly supportive.

Re: Robby in Paris!

Does Robby's parents ever go to Tournaments? I was trying to remember if I ever heard anything about them?
But since I had never heard about Robby's g/f it is no wonder I know nothing about his parents Sometimes I am not very well informed about things

Re: Robby in Paris!

His dad does sometimes I think.

He was at the USO, and that's why Robby and Lux played together.

(Lux is the nickname/term of endearment some of us have for Gilles Muller)

Re: Robby in Paris!

That's good I like it when families are supportive. But not control freaks some tennis players have been ruined or just about because of their family.

Re: Robby in Paris!

Nah I haven't heard anything about anyone crazy in Robby's family lol. I think those are few and far between (Agassi, Dokic, Hingis, Pierce, Sharapova... those were some crazy tennis parents). Robby's too low-key to have come from a nutso family

No, he played 4 SETS of tennis, to five games in each set. Two of those sets were doubles.

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

I find this very interesting coming from you. Just last week you were saying that you were the type of fan that stays with her palyers through the ups and downs. What changed for you?

Re: Robby in Paris!

And I'm not sure if doubles, playing alongside Elton John, even qualifies as tennis. I believe the term is 'hit-and-giggle,' yo.
