ARAG ATP World Team Championship 5/17-5/23/2009

Well Robby had been listed for the Estoril Open, but withdrew from that. Now he is said to be in Argentina with his Coach Montoya and hopes to be able to play in the World Team Championship. I guess we will just have to wait and see

Sorry all I know was in the 1st post of the thread. I personally don't like the "Team Format", but that is just IMHO. But I do think it would be a good time for Robby to make his come back. I just hope he makes it back. He has missed several Tournaments in a row already I'm glad to see a few posts in here Normally since idolwatcher1 hasn't been around I feel like I'm posting to myself

Robby lost to Kohlschreiber 7-6(5) 6-7(0) 0-6
At least he is playing again!
Querrey won earlier and now the winner of the tie is decided in doubles Fish/Querrey vs Zverev/Kiefer.

I think it's just a good sign that he made it through two matches against good clay players healthy

I'm considering this a pretty good result, too... judging from the score against Kohlschreiber, Robby may have just run out of gas late in the match.

He lost to Tsonga, but three sets that's way better than I expected .

Re: ARAG ATP World Team Championship 5/17-5/23/2009

Well I'm sure Robby's play, which wasn't good even before he was injured, hasn't been helped any by all the on court match play time he has lost. Maybe better days are ahead once he gets even more on court match play time in It is really great to have people posting in the Forum Hi to all
