Re: James Down Under

OK the Adelaide draw is out, James is the 5th seed(!) and drew Alberto Martin in the first round. He's in Ancic's quarter and Hewitt's half, so tough draw

Go James!

Re: James Down Under

Deb, this thread title is *obscene*. James is down under where? I demand that you change this to a rated-G title. Think of the children!

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Re: James Down Under

I noticed it right away. I thought Deb was speaking of a personal experience.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Re: James Down Under

I like James.
James is good.
Luck for James.
The good kind, of course.

Q. You must have so many different emotions going through your head. Was it like a rollercoaster for you?
STANISLAS WAWRINKA: Yeah, yeah, it's quite crazy..I never expect to win a Grand Slam.
I never dream about that because for me, I was not good enough to beat those guy.

Maybe the sky will fall?
