Australian Masters - Huntingdale

Last week's PGA was shocking. The weather f***** us all over. This week is bounce back week. The Masters.

Can Allenby be the first person to win all 3 Australian majors in the one year? Yes, I think he can. This guy is in red hot form. If his injury hasn't stopped him thus far, it's not going to stop him. His shot under pressure on the 18th was all class. One of the best I've seen. This guy is in red hot form.

Top 10 finish:

Robert Allenby @ $1.65
Adam Scott @ $1.60
Nick O'Hern @ $1.70

That's money right there. Allenby top 10 - I can't see it not happening.

The weather won't be as bad as the Australian open so Adam Scott, who is in red hot form will finish top 10.

Nick O'Hern - his form over the last two weeks has been hot. I can see him continuing this.

Winner:

Robert Allenby @ $8.50 - Anyone disagree? As mentioned before. His shot under pressure was brilliant on the last hole last week - he judged it right and got it right. He isn't going to choke. If he loses this week it's because of:

a) His Injury
or
b) He didn't play that well and someone better beat him.

Looking at this field - I see no Tiger Woods. I see Allenby who has beaten the mostly same players the last two weeks. Allenby's tournament IMO. History will be made come Sunday evening

Head to heads:

Robert Allenby over Nick O'Hern @ $1.90
Marcus Fraser over Camilo Villegas @ $2.07 - Trust me on this one.

Round 1 - 3 balls

Robert Allenby over Craig Parry and Paul Sheehan @ $2.20
Rodney Pampling over Paul Casey and Richard Green @ $2.75

Good luck everyone.

Cheers

It wouldn't surprise me to see Appleby finish third though looking at that leaderboard.

Re: Australian Masters - Huntingdale

I still think Allenby will win. Allenby could put a lot of pressure on him as they're paired up.

Re: Australian Masters - Huntingdale

Okay - the last day is here. Will Allenby make history or will O'Hern make a much needed win - or will someone else steal the spotlight.

Final days plays

Round 4-2 balls

Stuart Appleby over Paul Casey @ $1.85
John Senden over Bubba Watson @ $1.80
Robert Allenby over Nick O'Hern @ $1.70

I'm going to take the last 3 groups. Mainly because of the value and the fact that they will all probably win and also the fact that these 6 players will be predominantly shown on the TV making their shots.

Good luck!

I still think Allenby will win!

And we have a play off between big Bubba Watson and Robert Allenby. Both finished -17.

O'Hern finished at -15

Bubba shot a -5 today and Allenby a -4.

Allenby hasn't lost a play-off yet. He has a play-off record of 9 - 0. He won the play-off on this very same hole in 2003 in the Masters.

It's set for Allenby to win and for history to be made. Play-off history continues at this tournament.

Let's go Allenby - win this play-off.

YOU FUCKING BEAUTY.

Good win by Allenby. Brilliant stuff.

His Eagle on the 14th was sensational.

He now has automatic entry into:
