Re: 2010 Tour de France

Maybe he is not at 100% (i agree with that) but he would still win imo if ha makes it through that corner.

Any opinions for tomorrow? Not an easy stage to predict.

Re: 2010 Tour de France

Hushovd over Petacchi
Freire over Ciolek

Both look good to me.

Hushovd top three looks great too. The peloton will push it on those climbs and Freire and Hushovd are the likely sprinters to benefit. Bole too.

I wantd to go big on Hushovd against Petacchi but i don't trust the peloton to ride a great tempo after the crashes today and before the cobblestones Tuesday...

Re: 2010 Tour de France

I'm taking these now and hope for a repeat of Voeckler's win last year.

.1 unit Burghardt @ $151
.1 unit Eisel @ $201
.2 unit Auge @ $67
.2 unit Pineau @ $51
.4 unit Voeckler @ $51
.2 unit Flecha @ $51
.2 unit Ivanov @ $41
.3 unit Cancellara @ $41
.3 unit Kolobnev @ $41
.4 unit Luis Leon Sanchez @ $41
.1 unit Vogondy @ $201
.1 unit Barredo @ $201
.1 unit Hesjedal @ $126

This worked on four occasions last year. Let's hope it happens again. I'll do In-Play betting if I have to, to get my money back.

Bbox will be very active today. I have chosen three of their riders, let's hope one of them is there. There is a reason why Bbox weren't on the attack yesterday. They knew it wouldn't last. They know there is a good chance today. If some teams do a high pace to try and put hurt into their rivals, the break won't survive hence the Cancellara, Eisel, Sanchez and Kolobnev plays

Re: 2010 Tour de France

Samuel Dumoulin over Mirco Lorenzetto @1.65

Lorenzetto is like the 5th guy for Lampre in sprints after Peta, Hondo, Bole and Gavazzi. And the latter three can actually climb a little bit. Dumoulin should get over the hills better than Lorenzetto. If they get to the finish line in the same group, he would win the sprint imo because of Mirco's situation at Lampre.

I still don't know about the outright bets.

Re: 2010 Tour de France

Added

3 units LL Sanchez over Gutierrez @ $1.70

That will keep things interesting. Once we know what sprinters have dropped off and what the peloton's intentions are, I may look at Freire or Hushovd in-play.

Cancellara will want to keep yellow so Saxo will bring back any break they can. It wouldn't surprise me if Cancellara wins today and tomorrow.

Good luck BG. Pineau is in the break so hopefully the break survives somehow.

Two riders up there for me and cover in the attacking riders who may launch a move on the last climb of the day. The last bit of the puzzle will be choosing a sprinter in live betting later on.

He is the one who killed its chances. No way the peloton will let them get home by a couple of minutes. He is too good in the mountains.

Re: 2010 Tour de France

Added a little more on Bole @75-80. Odds is just wrong. This break is totally sets it up for him. Gavazzi is in it so he is out for a bunch sprint if it happens. I don't think Peta will make it to the finish line with the main group if they are chasing a break. So that leaves it to the Slovenian guy for Lampre.
