Who?

I would say right no you can't count out them: Contador, Andy, Evans, Menchov, Wiggins, Lance, Kreuziger, Basso, Gesink, Lance, Van den Broeck, Luis-Leon Sanchez, Rogers, Samuel Sanchez, Sastre, J. Rodriguez, Brajkovic, Klöden, Leipheimer, Tony Martin, Fuglsang...

Couple of those are long shots but that's a long list.

It depends on the odds. It should be something like Cav, Thor, Peta and Freire. I don't like the injured McEwen or Farrar but they rode well today.

Sure plus he needs stage wins too for his sponsors.

Van Den Broeck won't finish top ten. He got all his time on breakaways last year. Fuglsang will be helping out Andy and he's too raw. Martin won't be top ten, he'll be helping Rogers. Brajkovic, Kloden and Leipheimer will be doing lots of work for Armstrong. Only one of them will come top ten. Luis Leon Sanchez won't come top ten. He isn't a Grand Tour rider yet. Gesink is injured and won't finish the race. Sastre, Basso, Evans and Karpets rode strong Giro's and will feel the pinch sooner or later.

Re: 2010 Tour de France

So who is your top10? Bert, Andy, Menchov, Wiggins, Lance, Kreuziger, S. Sanchez, Rogers, J. Rodriguez + somebody from RS?

I don't know. I'm not saying it will get up but I'm saying it's in with a strong chance.

1. Contador
2. Schleck
3. Menchov
4. Sanchez
5. Kreuziger
6. Armstrong
7. Basso
8. Rodriguez
9. Wiggins
10. Rogers

That was my predicted top ten at the start of the Tour. But it was a different order after 5th. I left Evans out of it and despite Evans probably taking yellow on Saturday, I'm keeping him out of it because I do believe he'll feel the pinch in the third week. I'm sticking by that top ten. Plus Rogers isn't a certainty of Top 10. He's known to be involved in crashes and it's amazing he's missed the carnage over the last two days.

Too bad Bertie lost at leat 20 seconds because of the mechanical issue but things are still looking good. He should handle Cuddles in the mountains and Andy in the ITT.

Re: 2010 Tour de France

2 questions:

1. What do we know about Farrar and McEwen? How good they can be tomorrow?
2. Where did you get that 2.20 on the Thot top3, Bolar?

Sportingbet, Ale.

Armstrong is kidding himself if he wins.

Re: 2010 Tour de France

I don't know anything about Farrar and McEwen. I know McEwen is fine, he finished well yesterday, so he must be okay.

Re: 2010 Tour de France

centrebet are smart, no markets involving Farrar in the H2h's

Would oppose him against any of the top sprinters

Re: 2010 Tour de France

Tour de France
Jurgen Roelandts vs Lloyd Mondory
Pick : Roelandts
Bet365 / 2.00

This one looks like free money to me. Tomorrow is a very short stage, so the teams of the sprinters won’t have a tough job to make a sprint happens.

Roelandts is a talented Belgian sprinter, who has focused on the green jersey in the early stages it seems. He won some of the sprints in the race. And normally, if the points were counted on Monday he would have taken the green jersey.

On the other side, Mondory was during the first stages in the back of the group. I don’t think Mondory is interested in getting a 10th place in one of the stages.

Can’t understand these odds.

Re: 2010 Tour de France

Mondory is the sprinter of AG2R so he should be interested...
