Champions League QF leg 2

Give me Chelsea to qualify at 2+ odds.

Also like Roma to qualify. Man U in all sorts of trouble at the back (Vd Sar out of form, Vidic injured, Neville injured). Roma's key players were rested this weekend.

And FYI: PSV are travelling to Liverpool with just 16 players, meaning as much as: "we don't give a damn about the return match, we want to save our energy for the national championship". So when Pool decide to show up with some important regulars it could get ugly.

Re: Champions League QF leg 2

Interesting to note that Valencia are basically in the drivers seat. They have not lost a home game, they are solid against English teams. Chelsea have only beaten a Spanish team once. Valencia have the away goal, but will they look for the 0-0 at there home which i think they will which may hurt them in the end as they may go down 1-0 and panic. Everything is going for Valencia right now but the end score may go in Chelsea's favour. Chelsea have the luxury of winning the EPL, CL and FA Cup. Imagine them winning all that. Plus they have the Carling Cup.

Re: Champions League QF leg 2

Rens van Eijden, a 19-year-old central defender, and left-back Olivier ter Horst, 18, were both taken by surprise by their promotion from the youth set-up according to a report on PSV's website. Ibrahim Afellay, Jan Kromkamp, Edison Méndez, Michael Reiziger and Alex are all absent through injury, while forward Diego Tardelli damaged his ankle in training today and is uncertain to play at Anfield where the Dutch champions will attempt to overturn a 3-0 deficit.

Oh dear...

(will decide tomorrow which one I will play)

Came across an outstanding bet on Unibet:

Chelsea to have most ball possession @ 2.60
No need to explain why I expect Chelsea to play very positive while Valencia are probably happy to let Chelsea have possession and try to hurt Chelsea on the counter attack.

Also playing Chelsea to qualify @ 2.05. Won't play Roma as I wasn't aware of the fact that Totti is doubtful.
