Re: NFL Week 3

Jets to cover -1.5 @ 1.92 over Miami in a big, big way.

New York missed the playoffs last year after reaching the AFC champ. game 2 years in a row.

Miami completely retooled their roster in apparent rebuilding mode but a demolition of Oakland at home last week has Miami at +1.5 instead of what I believe should be more like +6.

The Jets are one of the better teams in the AFC and even though Miami expecting a career year from Bush and Philbin is in line to be one of the better coaches in the league, theres a significant gap in talent between the two sides. New York lost last week at Pittsburgh but theres no shame in that.

Rex Ryan knows how massive the difference is between 2-1 and 1-2. Theres a stat that says that 50+% of teams that start 1-2 don't make the playoffs. The Jets rise to the occasion and put a beating on the Fins. Miami for me.

W, which ended up being lucky because the Fins missed two chances at drilling a makeable FG to win it but really should have been a blowout. Miami wasn't moving the ball at all after the first quater and the only thing that stopped the Jets was themselves.
