Looks rosey for the Cards with the pitching matchup. But Perez will be on a very short leash, they`ll be delighted to get four innings out of him. Mets arent conceding, have a plan, and I suspect the Cards will see a lot of different pitchers.

I really feel that the Mets will look back on starting Perez as the reason they lost the series, lack of quality pitching. Losing Martinez and Hernandez to injury were serious blows to the teams chances. Funny thing is I really like the Mets hitting so they still have a chance here. Suppan has been rather steady for the Cards and I feel he will be money tonight. I believe the Cards will jump all over Perez tonight. We will see.

It`s gonna be fun watching tonight. I kept the bets small for kicks but will be all over the big one that starts Saturday....

No chance OLIVER FREAKING PEREZ pitches on 3 DAYS REST and beat's the Cardinals. He is easily the worst ever Game 7 started in the HISTORY of baseball.

The pregame discussion is very interesting. I still say Mets and under, what makes no sense is often the result...

They only hope to use him for three, at the most four innings and he`ll be on a very short leash. Wait and see... The Cards are on very unfriendly ground and havent exactly been burning it up with the bats the last two games...
