MLB Friday - 17th June

Just the one play that standouts:

OVERS 9.5 Reds v Braves

Both starting pitchers blow, and so do the respective bullpens.

Casey back for the Reds who will give them some much needed offense and he hits well against Ramirez.

good luck

Re: MLB Friday - 17th June

Good pick, I don't see why LaRue would sit this one out either.

Ortiz signed a big contract to join the team from free agency during the offseason. Been expecting a dominating, long-inning performance from him. The innings have come from time to time, but the ERA shuld drop down below 5 pretty soon.

Ortiz is too good to sustain this sloppy level of pitching.

Blue Jays ML - Jays are capable at home, on top of that the Brew Crew isn't very favorable on the road and Toronto is starting Chacin (3.04 ERA). Brewers are 3-7 in L10.

White Sox ML - Buehrle (7-1, 2.91 ERA) - Dodgers have lost three straight, and the White Sox kill the ball at home. Houlton despite 2-0 W/L is at 5.72 ERA

Andru Jones is having an outstanding season, including 18 homers.
