Re: Mlb 2010

Pirates @2.04

Pittsburgh lost their last 7 games. (6-of-6 on their road trip. Somehow they just don't care on the road because the season is a total waste already but they usually try at home, they have a 26-30 record there.) If they don't want this streak to reach double digits i suggest they should win today. In the next 2 games they will face Ricky Nolasco and Josh Johnson. Today it's Chris Volstad.

Ehh, nice pick.

I like the Orioles today again but i don't like the late line movement there so i will sit that out.

Pirates team total over 4 runs @1.90

Nice weather, not too bad umpire, opposite team with a bad pitcher... What else do you need?

Re: Mlb 2010

Astros first 5 innings ml @1.91

It's a lefty vs lefty matchup in Houston (Rodriguez vs Niese) and i like the Astros lineup much more against lefties than the Mets lineup. But i hate their bullpen, they are just horrible so i'm playing first 5.

Re: Mlb 2010

Pirates hit 3 or 4 balls to the wall in 4 innings, all outs... Over should be in the bag already.

W/W/L

Very unlucky with the Astros imo. They outhit the Mets 4-to-2 and had hard hit outs but they couldn't score and Beltran somehow ran into one and hit it out for a home run. Of course they immediately tied the game in the 6th inning...

Re: Mlb 2010

Marlins team total over 4 runs @1.95

Zach Duke should help them out of their little scoring funk. Florida is loaded with right-handed batters, in their starting lineup only Morrison is a lefty.

White Sox ml @2.10

Once again with John Danks, once again going against the Twins. Chicago is already 3 games behind Minnesota so if they would get swept in thesse 3 games they are in deep trouble. They will go against Liriano and Pavano in the next two so things won't be too easy. Fatass Bobby Jenks should be unavaliable tonight, that's good news for CWS backers.

Re: Mlb 2010

Royals -1 @1.90

Jeanmar Gomez is due for a beating sometime very soon. 5.20 ERA in triple A and 1.54 ERA in the major league? Not likely.

W/L/P

Fuckin unlucky with the White Sox and Royals... White Sox wasted a bases loaded 1 out at 5-5 in the 9th, then took the lead in the 10th but lost it on a 2-run home run of course. Royals outhit the Indians and had 2 home runs to their none but both came with the bases empty. Still broke even for an unlucky day, tomorrow should be better.

Re: Mlb 2010

Cardinals -1,5 @1.88

As you may noticed i hate to play the -1,5 RL, especially on home teams. This line seems fishy because Wainwright shouldn't give up more than 1 run in his current form. I'm almost sure the Cards will win by 1 but i couldn't help it...
