2006-2007 NBL Schedule

Don't know what anyone else thinks but I like the new kind of schedule for this upcoming season.

Alot more mid week games means less clashing with other stuff in the weekend.

Something to bet on throughout the week can only be a good thing.

I like the Breakers to win it all this year, there squad looks great.

NZ Breakers? Or you mean the Bullets? They look awesome on PAPER, but as well know with the Bullets, always great pre season hype but always deliver come crunch time

Tigers basically with the same squad, again tough to beat

Breakers baby.

Depends what point guard they get, I know they were having talks with Rucker, but I dont think they actually made him an offer. But if he did some how find himself in the land of the long white cloud, check out the starting 5.

Rucker
Melzer
Pepper
Wethers
Olsen

CJ Bruton to play for the Bullets if he fails in his bid with Cleveland.

Go the Queensland teams.

Don't think the Breakers are a title contender myself. To be a contender your squad needs to be deep. There are not many champion teams in any sports with poor depth.
Would want to see their confirmed squad before I comment further.

BG - do u go to kings games? I have been twice in my whole life lol

NBL seems so crap, especially when i can watch NBA on telly or on the comp. I dunno why it seems so crap but the kings have very poor attendance at their games, even during the finals

Sorry - this isnt gambling related - just having a rant

Been a season ticket holder for 10 years - go to pretty much all home games

Well its unfair comparing NBL to NBA obviously, but as a standalone product NBL is great IMO. As to Kings' attendance, well last year was a case of people sick of Kings winning all the time, but agree tough to market NBL in a country where there are many more dominant sports
