Re: NCAA Big Dance

The way Syracuse played in the BIG EAST CHAMPIONSHIP there should be regarded as one of the hottest teams right now

remember fellaz .. its more that the hottest team is gonna win the NCAA because there is just one game to win..U Conn is proabably the most talented and deepest team in College Basketball but they don t call it March Madness for nothing

Exactly, in a single-elimination tourney where anything can happen, 3:1 odds on any team just isn't good enough to warrant a bet IMO.

I got in on Gonzaga at 40:1, mainly because they are my favorite team and Memphis is easily the weakest #1 seed. If they can some how get into the Final Four, I can hedge from there.

Re: NCAA Big Dance

adding...

1st halfs

Winthrop +4 (1)
Iona +4 (1)
Montana +4 (1)
Xavier +3 (1)
Utah State +3 (1)
Bradley +4 (1)
So Illinois +2 (1)
Bucknell +2 (1)

btw, agree on what's said above to some extent, but still feel there is value in that line given their side of the draw and the lack of real depth among the "big" schools this year...
I know 'cuse are hot, but I also think that hides some of their limitations - if McNamara is stopped they could be out in the 1st rd...
hey, that's why we gamble... GL all

Re: NCAA Big Dance

Boston college to cover minus 8 against Crappy Pacific, Boston should win by double figures easy.

Boston did start the game with an 8-0 run but have been pegged back.
34-34 at half time, come on Boston, storm clear in the second half please.

Re: NCAA Big Dance

Boston have choked altogether and lead by 2 with 4 mins on the clock. think I would settle for a push at this stage. Maybe I am throwing in the towel too early.

if they can lead by 5-6 pts with 60 seconds to go we should be okay with fouls coming

No guts, no glory!
