NBL Week 10...

Just a small one for me tonight, because fatigue could be a factor here for Perth. Also obviously the Kings are a scary propostion at home. This will be the first time I have ever opposed the Kings at home I think. Goodluck to all.

Perth +9.5 over Sydney------------------------------------------1.5 units (Sportstab)

Kings in a canter. Man, that Toovey for Perth looked completely out of his depth.

Back in a couple.

Wildcats

Guess it's difficult to play in front of 3 people with no atmosphere and you can hear the shoes squeaking on every play. There's better atmosphere in a training session. Hopefully we can bounce back later on

Looks like you were the only one there

I feel sorry for the Kings, playing exciting, high quality bball but not appreciated

Sydney is not a basketball town I guess, they just don't understand the game

FT

Kings demolish Pussies 124-91

Cats were lucky Goorj was treating this as a U23 Australian tryout in the last half, otherwise the margin would have been 50 points

It had the atmosphere of a tryout

Cats will be back, I'm sure. Whether we can beat the Kings or not come playoff time well that's another matter, but we didn't even show up tonight so it shouldn't be taken as a true reflection of our ability.

Re: NBL Week 10...

hi badgambler (opposite land here) im also on the pigs tonight. New Zealand are yet to win away and see no reason why they will here.

ALso on both overs tonight. Over 205.5 in this game both time they played they have been high scoring games.

ALso on the over in Brisbane
Brisbane/Cairns over 195.5

Good luck everyone

Re: NBL Week 10...

Tonight the Razorbacks are going to have a totally different look with James Harvey back from injury, the new signings of Pero Vasiljevic and Graeme Dann and the release of import Jermain Blackburn.

With Harvey back the Razorbacks will look a lot better offensively, but it is there defense that is the worry as they are yet to concede less than 100 points in a game so far this season.

NZ are also a woeful defensive team, especially on the road where they have averaged 114ppg against them.

So with that said the over 204.5 looks very tasty and I will definitely have some of it.

Razorbacks v Breakers over 204.5 - $1.85 (3 units @ NSW Sports TAB)

My other bet in this game is a scoring prop on Rich Melzer. In the two games between these sides this season Melzer has averaged 20ppg and I can't see any reason for him not to score something similar this evening.

Melzer to outscore Pepper, Tait, McGregor and Reed - $3.20 (1 unit @ Centrebet)

Will be back a bit later with some plays on the Bullets v Taipans game, just need to clarify Rucker's status before I finalize my bets.

Cheers,

Sparks

Re: NBL Week 10...

Good point on the totals sparks and hawker in the pigs game

my only concern with that is that pigs offense could be somewhat sluggish to begin with tonight given harvey hasn't played in a while and pero and dann will have to feel their way with respect to team offensive plays

having said that the Breakers defense is non existant so i might join you and throw a few coins on it as well
