'Who let the dogs out?' Wednesday

A few interesting odds today.

Melzer over Gasquet @ 2.24
Daniel over Pavel @ 2.22
Seppi over Horna @ 1.81
Monaco over Muller @ 1.69
Capdeville over Ginepri @ 1.63
Ferrer over Ljubicic @ 1.72
Massu over Roddick @ 1.65

Will decide which of them to play later on.

Monaco over Muller is pick of the day for me. Also like Roddick over Massu and Pavel over Daniel.

I like: Mario Ancic, David Nalbandian, Nicolas Kiefer, James Blake, Marcos Baghdatis, Jose Acasuso, Novak Đokovic, Marin Cilic
I dislike: Ivan Ljubicic, Rafael Nadal, Nikolay Davydenko, Rainer Schuttler, Ivo Karlovic, Andy Murray, Gaston Gaudio

Re: 'Who let the dogs out?' Wednesday

Can someone please give me the lowdown on Juan Monaco .. I've yet to take him in anything yet, but the tag of "clay specialist" appears to be firmly afixed to this guy. He's ranked 100+ yet knocks off guys in the top 30 (non-claycourters mind you) like it's just another day at the office.

Having spotted his price to knock off Muller, I have to agree he's a bargain.

I liked the match-up until i noticed he doesn't find lefties too easy to digest. He seems to be getting some good results together after a pretty steep decline in form....but Muller is pretty dangerous.

Not liking much today again really

Re: 'Who let the dogs out?' Wednesday

Melzer x Almagro @ 2.65
I'm also thinking of Marach over Simon. Simon had some trouble with Thorsten Popp. He can beat a good clay court player one day, and don't show up the other day. 3.30 is a very decent odd for a player who plays in his home country against an unexperienced Simon.

Anyone else got an opinion on this match?

I liked what i saw today, and with Marach in front of homecrowd he seems to play decent tennis. If its enough to beat Simon no clue. Havent seen Simon play in awhile now

But mind you, that the french open starts soon, and hes had a tough schedule as of late. If Marach get a great start who knows what can happen here. Im on him, but thats just because I can see the match on tele. Marach @ 2.95 has value for me

Re: 'Who let the dogs out?' Wednesday

Simon's been pretty strong on the clay this season .. he'll be a far sterner test than the out of form Spadea was in round one ..

Re: 'Who let the dogs out?' Wednesday

Anyone with some input on why Ferrer is as high as $1.70 to beat Ljubicic ..? On clay he looks a class above big Ivan .. ?
