gaudio-robredo beef???

Anyone see the Gaudio Rodredo match last week?? They don't seem to get on, did you see the handshake at the end of the match Gaudio wouldn't even look at him, is there some history between these guys??? Maybe why Gaudio was really up for that match?? This could be a big factor in my decision to back Gaudio!!! (extra motivation)

any thoughts???

Re: gaudio-robredo beef???

Old news.

The short and simple version is that when they were playing the Barcelona final in 04. Robredo was serving for the match at 5-4, but was 15-40 down on his serve, he then decided to call the trainer for non-existant cramps as a way to break Gaudio's momentum.

It worked Robredo didn't lose another point after the 5 or 6 minutes it took. Gaudio wasn't good enough to handle the chicken shit tactics, but Robredo won this match, not others since.

If you're on Gaudio, then he'll lose.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Machado wins 6-2 6-1

the other things is that tommy went to semi-final last year in cincinatti and I hope that Robredo will be highly motivated tomorrow.
