Re: Monday Bloody Monday

Seriously though i thought Ljubo was finished this year, could become the new vaidisova of the atp but a nice win over nishi and a somewhat lucky win over Ancic, gilles has come on leaps and bounds but he does have a negative record vs big servers and his performance vs radek in davis cup was dreadful.

Maybe just maybe.

I did nto say he was a banker, but SImon is to short, Ljubo is a patient player, and if Simon has to attack he is lost out there, those odds are way to short on Gillou...

I'm worried to about Simon, i hate the guy and this is the first time ive backed him in years, he was always screwing me over, and it would be just my bad luck if vintage Ljubo comes out and whoops Simon offcourt

something tells me this naint gonna be an easy ride- i hope i'm wrong

Re: Monday Bloody Monday

Judging by the Lu match it's not gonna be easy. But then again Ljubicic has forgotten how to win matches. +1.5 sets is ok, I think. Simon 's form has taken a dip after the Djokovic debacle, 2 poor matches in the DC and then another one against Lu.
Not the best time to back Simon, though I hope that it comes through for you. All things considered it might even be a comfortable win for him.

You got the Machado voided by which bookie? I was gonna tail you on that match with the 1 point rule but unibet didn't have any lines for Marrakesh and didn't wanna put money elsewhere just for that
That's really unlucky for both of us, cause I can see Machado won the match.

Re: Monday Bloody Monday

I am very tempted to back PHM on the spreads here, overs ect, to win a set, Murray in 3, he doesnt seem motivated at all this week, Only thing putting me off is PHM is dire form and scraped past the mighty starace.

Quote:
Andy Murray is keeping expectations low as he prepares to take on Paul-Henri Mathieu in Indian Wells on Monday.

The British number one is making his way back after a debilitating virus, and takes on the Frenchman at 1900 GMT.

Murray, who beat Albert Montanes 7-5 6-3 in the second round on Friday, says his focus is to get fully fit for the next Masters 1000 event in Miami.

"I'm definitely not looking past the next match," the 21-year-old Scot told BBC Sport.

606: DEBATE
How far will Murray go in Indian Wells?
"Mathieu is a very good player. I've had some tough matches with him in the past, especially on hard courts.

"If I want to win that one I'll have to play better than on Friday."

Murray, who has a 2-0 career record against world number 33 Mathieu, has already set his sights on victory at his next tournament.

"I want to try and win Miami," said the British number one.

"The aim right now is to get into the best possible shape for that tournament because I can't say, if I'm being honest and realistic, that I'm coming here thinking I'm going to win.

"I'll just try to improve my game, get fitter, get used to playing matches again and hopefully, come Miami, I'll be playing well again."
Lay him this round or the next? Cant decide.

Re: Monday Bloody Monday

Why such negativity from Murray? Some kind of a mind game or is he for real. The only think he didn't say was that PHM is favourite
He wants to win Miami so he'll tank his match here to get fitter? Sounds a bit silly to me, considering that the clay court season starts after that - where he's expected to struggle.

Re: Monday Bloody Monday

On the winner market, Nadal @ 3.10 - is that too short? Or decent enough? Can't see much troubles for Rafa and the court seems to be in his favor... Tsonga @ 16.5 and Verdasco @ 36 might be worth backing for trading?

How are your opinions?
