Re: Mar 15

Stepanek -2.5 @1.83
Tursunov -3.5 @1.83
Monfils x Stepanek x Kiefer @2.38

Been a poor tourney so far. Is it just me or is this the most underwhelming Masters event for a long time? The draw is just so dull. The WTA is even worse, awful losses by the top players, the standard of play is getting worse by the day on the ladies side of things.
Never mind, good luck everyone today with your picks.

Re: Mar 15

Berrer +6.5 to beat Nadal @ 1.83 (5/10)

Berrer looks in good form so far in 2009, and has won 3 matches in a row in IW already. This is Nadal's first match and he just played on clay last week, hoping he is a little rusty and Berrer can keep it close, a 6/3, 6/3 win for Nadal would do the trick.

Fish x Djokovic x Roddick x Del Potro @ 1.61 (5/10)

GL.

Re: Mar 15

I believe I can fly, I believe I can touch the sky with my favs picks today:

Fish smoked Chardy last time they played and as defending finalist I expect him to smoke him again.
Ferrer would like these slow courts against Widom
Kiefer is unreliable, I hope he can do Reynolds
I like the 1.38 on Wozniacki
and the 1.23 on mad Vera
my first dog of the day will be Schuettler to beat Haas. Dunno I just saw it in a dream
Seppi on the handicap might be an interesting proposition
Del Potro to beat Sweeting but 1.1? for mug accas
won't bother with Djokoc-coco-vic
Radwanska junior can do it I reckon, 1.75 looks nice
Melzer -Dent is a mug match
won't trust Monfils either
might trust Tursunov, probably in a double with Fish or something. It's either him or Berdych. Hope the airhead doesn't disappoint
Will leave Safina and her drama queen mannerisms alone
Berdych? I'd rather take Tursunov after all
Nalbandian 1.20 to beat Kendrick ain't bad, it depends on whether fat Dave wants to play tennis.
I think I'm gonna trust Peer to beat Chakkers. Chakkers was crap yesterday. Now she has a 4-1 against Peer but Peer's only win is in the IW, so I'll go along with that.
Nadal will be a good match to assess his chances on these courts but no pick for me
Safin no pick
I'm inclined to try Querrey tb Stepanek. A little silly to go against the unbeatable Czech but then again the bigger the tournament the more chance for sexy to lose early. See if Querrey is all that.
Azarenka no bet after what I saw ln the last round.
Roddick is playing too
and Mauresmo - Li is anybody's guess.

Last but not least, I think granny Jill Craybas might cause Vaidisova some problens with her fitness. I'm gonna give it a go with granny on the handicap.

That's how I see the day unfolding. I'm just an amateur though.

Re: Mar 15

Here we go, all 1 unit bets:

1) fish & tursunov @ 2.10
2) wozniacki, zvonareva, nalbandian, delpony, ferru @ 2.2
3) shittler @ 3.55
4) querrey @ 2.70
5) peer @ 1.90
6) urszula radwanska @ 1.72
5) seppi v wawrinka over 22.5 @ 1.93 - couldn't find handicap but with Seppi it might not be much different.
6) craybas +4.5 1.80

need luck, especially with some of the handicaps, and the underdogs; and the way things are going the favs too

The more I look at it, the more it looks bad, Schuetller to beat Haas in Haas' home? tough.
Oh well, I'll just leave it then and place the bets before I change my mind. More money down the drain I reckon

PS. Will somebody do something about dylan's racist fits? I like the guy, he's funny but posting that racist nonsense is a little out of order ( even for the relative freedom of this forum ).

Considering Momos dreadful performance vs Gronefeld in the last round, an in form li na looks a gem of a bet

Li na over Mauresmo @ $2.20
Vaidisova-3.5 over Craybas @ $1.85 (If the Nicole of the last two matches appears then she will smash her)
Azarenka & Zvonereva & Del Potro & Djokovic @ $1.80

Wawrinka over Seppi @ $1.55
Troiki+1.5 set over Berdych @ $1.80
Safina 2-0 Over Peng @ $1.52

Was it dreadful or was it business as usual for momo? She loves coming back from a set down and Groenefeld ain't that bad.

Where is Mistaflava and his crazy money bets? Haven't seen him in a while...did he go pro?

Enjoying his money in some exotic destination, I s'pose. He's not missing much out of this tournament, in fact it looks like an unattended minefield with all those crazy results so far. And the tennis is poor too.

Looks like a rich mans Delray Beach

It is gonna be a error fest but i feel more confindent in Momo indoors.

Li na likes playing the bigger names and has performed well in the past at this event and is in form.

Compared to other years Flava has had a nightmare this year in terms of profit but good luck to him, he is proven.
