Re: Serena Slam Saturday

Serena Williams & Roger Federer to win the Australian Open singles titles, double @ 2.35

It has been one of the most profitable grand slams for me, so it'd be a shame not to go for these two. Surprises do happen, of course, and if they do good for the underdogs ( and the bookies ). However from what we've seen in the last couple of days, both Serena and Federer have raised their games to their 100% and when they do, they're unbeatable in their field. Slight worry were the weather conditions but it looks like the heat wave will have a respite in Sydney this weekend, which will certainly favour my nominations.

It has been a great experience and I'm glad that I managed to make it to the final in both ocassions. I'd like to thank myself and my sleeping habits; of course, God, for not making a single rainy day in Sydney And, last but not least, the organisers - without them we wouldn't be able to bet on so many matches and they also gave me an extra nights sleep for the womens final.

See you all in AO 2010!

Re: Serena Slam Saturday

I was talking about Sydney there, how did you come up with that idea? When I start talking about Melbourne, I'll let you know

Geography and tennis are not my strong points
But I know the Australian Open has to be in Australia, otherwise why call it Australian Open?

Re: Serena Slam Saturday

Doesnt AO stand for Austrian Open?

Place your bets and take a chance now!
Just make sure the Odds and the Gods are on your side!

Suppose it is not that case there is a God. Then time is infinite, and you are an empirically finite collection of chemicals. Since time is infinite and your youness is finite, then you have had infinite occurrence, and infinite variation. Since you have been infinitely varied, you would have attained the ability to forward, or compile, your memories. Yet it is not the case you have infinite regression of memory from time immemorial.
Hence, God exists.
