Re: Token Tuesday

I'll hop on the Djoker train:

Djokovic @1.42 over Roddick
Federer x Zvonareva @1.67 over Del Potro/Bartoli
Federer x Safina @1.56 over Del Potro/Dokic

That has to be a huge confidence boost for Fed after that comeback. h2h is 3-0 for Fed without dropping a set. Also think Zvonareva is at the top of her game right now and should take care of Bartoli on the hard court. Jankovic played like complete shit. This should be the end of the line for Dokic. Nice run but Safina has the weapons and a strong mental game to go with it. She wont waste this chance.

Re: Token Tuesday

Beware, today´s forecast is sick, playing at 35ºC in the middle of the day might be poison for Djokovic

Still wouldn't touch this match. Andy should be atleast 3-1 IMO. I do like Bartoli +225 though. Surprised she is such a dog vs Zvonareva.
last year they played two times on hard. zvonereva won 6/2 6/0 and 6/0 6/1 that's why marion is such a dog... hard to see the same result this time... zvonereva is playing great but she has a habit to choke at final stages of big tournaments... more an 'in play' match for me this one...

Yea I did see that in my research, but this year's Marion is a completely different player. Both are actually playing pretty decent tennis right now, but no one is even whispering about them. I agree with the Zvonareva nerves as well and I think that is the breaking point in the match for me.

Re: Token Tuesday

Djokovic interview after Baghdatis match:

"I don't think it's going to hurt me a lot physically that I have had two long matches. Actually, I will try to use it in my favor. I feel physically very fit to play best‑of‑five every two days. I think I'm going to have enough time to recover and am looking forward to a great encounter against Roddick."

So this time he does not have 8 injuries like las time he played dick.

Place your bets and take a chance now!
Just make sure the Odds and the Gods are on your side!

Suppose it is not that case there is a God. Then time is infinite, and you are an empirically finite collection of chemicals. Since time is infinite and your youness is finite, then you have had infinite occurrence, and infinite variation. Since you have been infinitely varied, you would have attained the ability to forward, or compile, your memories. Yet it is not the case you have infinite regression of memory from time immemorial.
Hence, God exists.

It's not just the H2h, it's also the manner of the wins that is pretty significant. Having said that, Bartoli is not going to commit 49 errors like Petrova did last
round against Zvonareva and if she is able to replicate her form against JJ she will win.

All the pressure is on Zvonareva, she has never got past the QF stage of a grand slam.

Yea it's kind of an interesting match. A lot of factors working for and against both players. Thanks for the link. I guess you could look at the one match in which Bartoli won. It was a final so I guess you could say a big match. I've seen Vera melt down way too many times to put my trust in her for this one.

Might just put $ on Bartoli winning in 3 at +500. Anything you got your eye on today sports wise?
