Sunny Saturday

Fish-Cilic is a tough one to predict. Fish played like crap against Verdasco. However this is Cilic's first ATP final and the match is on the night session so I expect Cilic to be nervous. Looks like a Fish win for me.

Re: Sunny Saturday

I'd make Cilic as high as a 52.5% favourite in this one...I think he has the slightest of edges on serve, but a little more class behind it, than the tramp. Therefore, gone for a small punt at 1.93...don't consider Cilic solid enough (for the match-up) to trust with much more than that.

Re: Sunny Saturday

Safarova over Peng 11/10- Saf has suprised me this week, didnt think she would get past benesova last night, peng has had somewhat of piss walk to the final and i still dont trust her on the big occasion, Safarova has the edge in experience and has showed plenty of fight all week, something that has been lacking for her for the majority of the season so far.

Cilic over Fish 4/5 - Marin should have the edge in the baseline game tonight, can match mardy with the serve and has beaten some tricky similar type players to fish on this surface this season, fish also has an awful finals record, will be tough because of the crowd support, night match but i think he can edge it.

i'm not sure how cilic will cope with the pressure in his 1st final. also fish on his given day is one of the best on this surface. you can expect him to play a good final on US soil.

Re: Sunny Saturday

Very tough and unpredictable finals but if I had to choose I'd go for Cilic and Wozniacki.

JMDP managed it pretty well in his 1st final this yr...and ended up winning 4 in a row.

Re: Sunny Saturday

Took this one in the morning:

Cilic + Chakvetadze. Reason is simple: Fish shouldn't be in the final I couldn;t believe how Verdasco played pure crap yesterday I expect easy win for Marin, motivation is higher for him and I expect to cope well with the pressure and all.

Chakvetadze played good this week, beating more solid players then Wozniacki who choked big time yesterday against Cornet, wining a tough 1st set and then Cornet lost a double break lead at 3-0, and a break ahead at 4-3 for her. ChakaLaka to win double with MArin @ 3.80.
