we all know chucho was lucky to win that match. i wouldn't count it as a loss.
Fortunate maybe, but it showed that Gulbis is not mentally there yet. Quite a few times this year he has failed to serve out a match.... I remember his match against Murray at Queens, he was totally in control against an injured opponent but failed to close it out.
Blake is an utter mug but there is a reason why he has been top 10 for the last 18 months or so and thats because he consistently churns out results in particular on the American hard courts.
Not to much i like today and with my bets from yesterday still pending will leave alone the mens- i would have gone with Gulbis over Blake as Blake is having a poor year but Gulbis only just about beat Clement which isnt great form so that match could go either way its a 50-50
Another one could be Lapentti but i'm not to sure how much he has left in the tank watching yesterday he looked pretty tired at the end but who knows maybe a lot fresher today
Soderling should win but odds to short... so will try some WTA
i like to fade nando when so short but wondering does nico have still energy to continue
this is part of his interwiew yesterday:
