Re: Horse Racing Betting Forum

Todays win & place 80/20 selection bet.

SEDGEFIELD 13:20 BEG.CHASE 2M 4F CLASS 5 SOFT

APRIL SAN BACK 22.0 | 3.9 E/WAY

Win & Place Adv. - Stamina
Ground Conditions
Trainer E/way Chase Record

Win & Place Disadv - Distance
Jockey Booking

Whilst I expect Knockavilla to be the one to beat,
I think the odds for April San are reasonable value.

Todays win & place selection. Remember to only risk
up to 5% of your Betfair/Bookie account.

15:55 CHEPSTOW 2M NHF CLASS 6 HEAVY

MIST CHANCES BACK 14.5 | 3.7 E/WAY (3 PLACES)

Although my selected horse has'nt had a ride for
247 days, I think 14.5 to back & 3.7 e/way
represents good value.

14:30 UTTOXETER CLASS 5 H'CAP CHASE 2M 6F HEAVY

MANOUBI BACK 7.8 | E/WAY 2.44 (3 PLACES)

Win & Place Adv. - Class
Trainer Chase Course Form
Ground Conditions

Win & Place Disadv. - Weight
Age of Horse

I think this horse represents a reasonable value bet
at 7.8 to back & 2.44 e/way. My only concern is the
extra weight on heavy ground.

14:05 NEWBURY 3M H'CAP HURDLE CLASS 2 SOFT (18 RUNNERS)

BALTHAZAR KING BACK 8.8 | 2.78 (4 PLACES)

FACTOTUM BACK 14.5 | 3.75 (4 PLACES)

BALTHAZAR KING Adv. - Weight
Trainer course hurdle record
Trainer e/way record
Ground Conditions

Disadv. - Distance

FACTOTUM Adv.- Trainer E/way record

I think these two horse represent the best value
in this stamina testing big runner race.

Re: Horse Racing Betting Forum

Today's win only selection.

16:10 WOLVERHAMPTON CLASS 5 2M STD

FOLLOW THE DREAM BACK 3.25 (WIN ONLY)

Win Adv. - Weight
Distance
Recent Form

Win Disadv. - Class ?
Trainer Course Form
" " " Overall Win Form

I think the odds should be less than what they
are for Follow The Dream, so at 3.25 win only,
Is today's value bet.

Well it's good to see that you took me up
on my selections, I was'nt sure about
Factotum pre race, but I was confident
with Balthazar King & I genuinely thought
he might even win the race.

Today's win & place selection.

14:40 HEREFORD CLASS 4 H'CAP HURDLE 2M 4F SOFT

HEARTY DOVE 13.0 BACK | 3.25 E/WAY (4 PLACES)

Win & Place Adv. - Ground Conditions
Distance
Weight
Jockey Booking

Win & Place Disadv. - Days since last race
Trainer e/way record

Very tricky race to dissect, but I think with certain
things in the horse's favour, I think 13.0 to back &
3.25 e/way represent's good value.

Re: Horse Racing Betting Forum

I am trialling (paper betting) a horse racing betting system. I know nothing about horse racing but this system is looking good so far. Will post details/results/tips in due course once I'm satisfied that I'm not just enjoying beginners' luck...

My incredibly simple/naive system led me to two place bets in this race:

mayor of kilcock @3
hearty dove @3.15

mayor of kilcock came thru for me for virtual money...
