What a first round!!!! Very tough...but I have confidence in Tomas. I just hope he managed to re-adapt from clay to hard!

Re: Go Tomas in Rotterdam!

He didn't It was such a weird match. Tomas wasn't pretty much himself. His backhand was really bad today. He made so many UEs with the backhand that he became very frustated after losing the first set. The second one went better and he played great in the tie-break winning it fairly easily. But what happened in the third He got upset after not managing to convert the 2 break points he had in the first game against Misha. I also think he thought there was a bad call against him in that game He lost his serve afterwards...and then...it was quickly over Bye-bye Rotterdam!

Well, IMO he seemed a bit tired and I don't think he managed to readapt to the hardcourts after playing on clay in DC. And Youzhny was a really bad first round draw. He's a very good player! Oh well...next tournament, here we go!
