Re: Davis Cup Finals

Dominik played an absolutely amazing match! I can't wait to watch my tape tomorrow. I had been posting about Dominik and the others in the Slovak general forum, but this is fine too.

Dominik is also going to be playing doubles tomorrow with Micha.

Re: Davis Cup Finals

I know KarolBeckFan Dominik did such a great job in his match!Im so happy and proud that he did such a great job in all his david cup matches this weekend! But the bad news is that Karol Kucera lost his match to Mario Ancic. And there for Slovakia lost .And I know that if our man Karol Beck was not Injured that Slovakia would have had a much better chance of winning! But oh well what can you do!Karol could not help that he was injured! So better luck next year to team Slovakia .

Re: Davis Cup Finals

It was a good run and they should all be proud of themselves

The doubles decided this DC finals. If Beckis would have played with Michal, it would have been over as planned by Mecir after Dominos match with Ljubicic.
Unfortunately for us Beckis knee injury had the worsest timing possible.

Hi I am not normally a visitor here - but just wanted to come over to say how much I enjoyed Dominik's mach against Ljubo yesterday. He was awesome - he fought so hard and was so sporting, and you all must be proud of him I wish him all the best in 2006.

We probably shouldn´t be but neverthless we are used to him to be absolutely amazing when playing at home in Bratislava. So he was whole weekend.
I just heard him few minutes ago in an interview in radio to be heading to the childrens oncologycal station in hospital in Bratislava to play St. Nicolaus for the kids. That´s typical him and we are all very proud to have him (myself being just as he is from Bratislava even more so). We could almost literally feel it that he won against Ljubicic for all of Slovakia, just as he said he did later on.
I just hope he has some flaw, nobody should be that perfect....

I am so glad you guys have Dominik as well. He really is a class act in more ways than one. That is adorable that he is playing Santa Claus for the children.
