Rolling in Roland Garros

17th seed! Good Luck Hrbaty!

His part:

(17) Dominik Hrbaty (SVK) vs. Janko Tipsarevic (SCG)
Sjeng Schalken (NED) vs. Qualifier
Qualifier vs. Kevin Kim (USA)
Alberto Martin (ESP) vs. (14) Carlos Moya (ESP)

This draw is pretty good, at least until the 3rd round.

Re: Rolling in Roland Garros

The draw is ok, except for Moya/Martin in the 3rd round, and possible Federer if he gets thru that. He should make at least the 3rd round easily. Go Dom!

Nice to meet you morocoro!

I agree with you guys, he should be quite fine til the third. But then again, you can't take anyone lightly! I think if he plays Moya in the third round he has quite a shot, then with Federer you have nothing to lose.

Re: Rolling in Roland Garros

It figures that everytime I think it'll be a sure win, he loses. I'm getting sick of him choking in big matches! I'm just bitterly disappointed because I thought he would go well since he had a decent clay season. He even did better at RG last year and he had a crap clay season then. Just hope he will redeem himself at Wimbledon.

Re: Rolling in Roland Garros

I'm speechless. This is unexpected!! You're right, experimentee when we're so sure, he loses. I really don't know why. You know, he should have won this easily if he didn't make this many unforced errors. Well, 80 UE is not good for a big match like this, even double Janko's. I'm so dissappointed and sad I'm not even sure if he's gonna do it that well in Wimbledon, on his least favorite surface. Anyway, he made some good results last year. I hope he's not gonna blow his chance away like what he just did I'm going to kill myself now...

Re: Rolling in Roland Garros

Oh well, at least his ranking won't be hurt much due to not much success last year either.

Re: Rolling in Roland Garros

Okie, Dominik will play doubles with Andre Sa. Their first round opponents are Xavier Malisse and Olivier Rochus, 13th seeded Belgians. The best of luck to them!! ^^
