Go Ivan...Ivan should pick up couple titles and lets hope good showing in Paris and Madrid again...by than Roger will be tired and taking time off for Masters...with Roger out...I like Ivan's chances vs the field when it comes to Indoor
I was lucky enough to have several chats with Ivan over the week whilst I was in Beijing - new found respect for the big man, softly spoken and had a lot of time for the people who watched him. I can’t think of too many nicer guys I have met on tour. Shame the same can't be said about his compatriot based on my experience this week, but that is another story.
I missed his match against Lee as I was on my way back home, but I'm not surprised he lost as he was telling me how he considers the next 2 months probably the most important in his career as he has to defend a whole heap of points and that is his main focus. He only entered Beijing because of his early exit at the USO. He made it pretty clear to me he had no intention of trying to win the tournament this week, he tanked yesterday
