Who will win with the specified handicap applied? At the end of the match all of the games each individual player wins are totalled and the handicap applied to determine the handicap winner. This market will be closed at the stated time. If a player retires before the completion of the match, all bets will be void and stakes refunded. It's the total amount of games won in the match, regardless of the winner.
(A won tiebreak is considered a game)

Alberto Martin gets +4 added to his total, to make it more even:

So a result
Nadal - Martin: 7-5 7-6 would mean

Nadal: 14
Martin: 11 + 4 = 15 -> Martin wins this handicapped bet, even though Nadal wins the match!

7-5 6-4 would be a tie.
