That's a very difficult draw for him, but I'm confident about his actual level

Re: Attack In Argentina - Turn Up The Heat!

Nico might not play in Argentina for the pain in his abductor

Quote:

I'm actually not surprised.

I was thinking that he might drop out. He's had a very physically demanding and mentally stressful two weeks.

I would rather he drop out of BA, rest, and then come back and kick butt during Brasil and Acapulco and then into the master series events.

I agree with everyone-better he miss BA and be ok then take a chance on making it worse. I've had enough of injuries for Nico!!!

Re: Attack In Argentina - Turn Up The Heat!

It's a difficult draw and if Nico plays well he could do some damage here, but actually I'd preffer that he wouldn't play, he needs some rest after the past 2 weeks, he didn't rest at all after Viña's final so he definetely needs to rest now.

Besides I don't want him hurt again, not after the year that we had in 2005, and NicoFan and Sparko, both of you will know that if he couldn't play the next tournaments I'd definetely jump from the balcony

VAMOS NICO!!!! Take some rest and then kick butt!!!!

Re: Attack In Argentina - Turn Up The Heat!

Don't worry Kid - he'll only take this week off - its a muscle pull in his left leg - 3-4 days rest and he'll be fine. Like Sparko said - he doesn't want to make it worse - if he plays, he could risk another injury. And nobody wants that.

Re: Attack In Argentina - Turn Up The Heat!

They should know now because they have to let one of the qualifiers who lost know so they can enter as the lucky loser.

Tomorrow morning's news should have something....I hope.

Re: Attack In Argentina - Turn Up The Heat!

David N. is out of Buenos Aires.

In the article in latercera.cl that said David is out, they made it sound as if Nico is playing.

But never read anything really definitive about it whether he is or isn't.

Re: Attack In Argentina - Turn Up The Heat!

oh what a shame! but about Nico, when we'll know about it??

I guess that if we haven't known anything yet is because he's playing... who knows
