Re: Roland Garros is here and Nico is ready to kick butts!!!

Fernando gets Stephanek in the first round.

Sometimes the seeds gets worse draws then the regular guys in Slams.

I'm bummed JMDP gets Rafa in teh first round. Poor JMDP.

And ARod gets Andreev. Winner of that match will play Nico if he beats Lucho.

Marcos and Sebbie in the first.

Nico plays against Horna with a possible 2nd round against Andreev or Roddick and 3rd round against Mayer, Mathieu, Spadea or Simon

I don't think Stepanek is a bad draw. On the contrary, Acasuso, Monaco, Canas and Gasquet in his part of the draw...

Re: Roland Garros is here and Nico is ready to kick butts!!!

Radek can always be tough.

But you are right - the others are worse.

Nico on the other hand is in a nice part of the draw.

I only worry about Andreev until later (if he gets that far).

Re: Roland Garros is here and Nico is ready to kick butts!!!

Difficult draw.

Horna plays semifinal in Pörtschach, but Nico beat him 4 times on clay.

Yes there are tricky opponents for some seeds. And Rafa Nadal has a tough draw too, in contrast to King Fed.

ALLEZ NICO!!

Actually, the 1st and 2nd round are the most difficult for Nico even if Mathieu can be tough. There's Djokovic in his quarter but that could have been worst.
Poor JMDP

Re: Roland Garros is here and Nico is ready to kick butts!!!

I don't like to think of players like Lucho as difficult.

Nico used to routinely beat guys like that.

Obviously Lucho is a very good clay player.

But I like to keep "difficult" for the very top guys.

And if Lucho is still playing this week, Nico needs to take advantage that he'll be tired.

If Andy can somehow beat Andreev - then I think Nico could take Andy out on clay - he did it in Hamburg a couple years ago.

VAMOS NICO - BE TOUGH!

Horna isn't unbeatable, but my wish was a Challenger player or something like that.

The draw

Nico can and must beat Lucho but I prefer a bit easy 1st round

Could be better, could be worse. Nico will need to bring his killer instinct to the court to beat his friend.

Re: Roland Garros is here and Nico is ready to kick butts!!!

when it's going to be the day that I actually find out a GOOD draw for Nico?!?! ....

Lucho is tough and we only have to take care of him first but I also can't forget that Nico has to reach at least 3rd round and the 2nd round possible is even worse than the 1st round ... this sucks! this is a GS when like a zillion of players enter and we always have to get these kind of players

Anyway ... Let's do this Nico and you know that I'm not a bad person but I have to say it REVENGE NICO!!! REVENGE!!!!! This &#^%@ made me cry as hell in the Viña final!! He has to pay for what he did to us

ALLEZ NICOOO VAMOOOS!!!
