Nadal and Agassi both took some time off before Montreal, I'd understand if AA was to pull off, but Nadal ? I know he keeps running everywhere but still, he'd better give it a go

btw thanks for the scores updates

But he hasn't pulled out yet. He couldn't know for sure that he's got a LL spot, that's a very dangerous game to play to lose on purpose. I doubt it's true. Mabye he just had one of his braincramp days, it happens to Malisse a lot

And I don't see why Nadal would possibly pull out.

It's still not for sure...only gossip...but anyway its quite reasonable for AA, since he is 35...and he plays not for points, ranking etc. He just wants to win each single tourney. After playing 5 matches in 7 days, he will have to play on Monday (maybe Tuesday)...it'd be tough for him.

Re Nadal...rumours said that he was going to skip this one and play the next week...but I also don't understand this approach...

But good luck in dubs Justin

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.
