Tommy's injured again :-(.

Sorry to see he had to retire while leading Zopp at RG. Take it easy, Tommy, and we hope you have a nice comeback on grass.

Re: Tommy's injured again :-(.

Tommy's manager said the following:

"Fortunately nothing really serious happened with the shoulder. It was a wrong, unlucky movement. Tommy will already be in Halle in the beginning of next week to prepare there for the Gerry Weber Open and afterwards play in Wimbledon."

Re: Tommy's injured again :-(.

I knew he would be ready for Halle and Wimbledon but that still came a bit late. So it messed up my plans on going to Halle next week
I just couldn't risk wasting all the money.

My best bet would be Vienna 2014. It's much closer than Halle but there's always fear of Tommy not competing and no grass

Re: Tommy's injured again :-(.

Tommy's Manager didn't know what he was talking about! Tommy has to have surgery on his Right Shoulder yet again!
Tommy said he was going to try and come back in 2015. But I don't know about that

Re: Tommy's injured again :-(.

Tommy had the surgery, and there was a photo on the ATP site showing him and his surgeon--they were giving the thumbs up.

no news yet. The last thing on the official website is the surgery (June-16). I believe no further news is good news. Comeback for next year still on. Pretty much nothing on the social networks either. At least he was staying in shape (this from one month and a half ago)
