Re: Tommy at US Open (2011)

It just makes me happy to see him on court again, feeling well, playing well - and winning matches. In his "third career" I don't expect anything from him, everything is a bonus now. 3rd round in a Grand Slam is definitely a great success. And his game is as beautiful as it always has been.

Re: Tommy at US Open (2011)

the fact that he is the last german man standing speaks to just how valuable a player he is to the country in this sport

Flo Mayer is also still in the tournament

But yes, great win for Tommy, never expected it to be that 'easy'!

Federer |Söderling |most of the Germans

I also like: Wawrinka | Tsonga | Dimitrov | Isner | Gulbis |

Warm regards: 6-3 6-0 / 6-3 6-4

i'm greedy. you don't take on a 3rd career just for fun
i want to see more wins, more play, and expect a lot He's been playing damn well here. I'd be disappointed to see him lose agains Monaco. He can win this if he plays he the way he played and stays on court with his head
