Re: Tommy in Montreal (Rogers Masters)

Well it was a stupid defeat in Washington but at least some days to recover, Montreal and Cincy are more important. Go Tommy!!

It's a good TMS draw imo.

Re: Tommy in Montreal (Rogers Masters)

Hi people, I'm back from two weeks of tournament now. Did see no Tommy (but the other Tommy!) because he was in America already but I'm glad he can play again.

Was first angry he lost to Isser, then I see on MTF Isner must be a big serve guy and has good run to final! Okay, not so bad then

I hope Tommy smacks Calleri first in this Masters and is playing well

Albert Costa forever +++ Tommy Haas +++ Ivo Karlovic +++ Peter Luczak

RAFA owns Fedclown ~~~ H2H record 14-7 -- ~~~ 3 different GS finals included
Byebye Fedjerk, your dominance period is over! Nadal will win like 10 more Slams!

Zero tolerance against dopers!

Re: Tommy in Montreal (Rogers Masters)

Tommy def. Calleri 6-3 7-6(6)

Solid performance, he served well and made only few unforced errors. Tommy struggled at the end of the 2nd set...saved a setpoint, led 5-1 in the tiebreak and lost 4 points in a row.

Way to go Tommy!

Re: Tommy in Montreal (Rogers Masters)

I got to see the second set TB, and Tommy got really tight when up 5-1 up, because Calleri then got it back to 6-6. Tommy was swearing a lot at this stage. But he stayed focused to go on and win the match.

Next up is Michael Russell, who Tommy beat comfortably last week in Washington.

Good luck, Tommy.

Re: Tommy in Montreal (Rogers Masters)

Wow I'm jealous you can watch the matches!!!

It seems like the injury is over, that's a good thing... Montreal and Cinci are important, but of course the US Open is the most important..! It's good he plays tournaments before the US Open

Can't wait to see him play!!!

Auf geht's Tommy!!!!
