Wish I could have seen it because JC actually won 2 tie-breakers (he won some important points)

Good think you were right, otherwise we would have had to seriously flog you.

Good job JC. At least two TBs shows that he didn't choke on the important points.

What would Anderson say?

Good for Juanqui... this is what happens when I don't pay much attention to him -- he wins and in 2 TBs! How unusual!

Now... can he just win the whole thing? [now that Fena is out... ]

well done JC

Rafa Nadal Juanqui Ferrero

Marat Safin Carlos Moya Feli Lopez Nando Verdasco Richie Gasquet

Robredo Guga Garcia-Lopez Ferrer Tomeu

Interviewer: It surprises people how well you get on with Nadal
Carlos Moya: I can't conceal that. I love him very much and I knew that one day he would be better than me. He's on another level.

Next up... Berdych who beat Guille 6-4 6-2.

Very good player. Strong off both wings but mainly known for his backhand. He'll probably be a top 10 player soon.

H2H is 0-0.

Did anyone else notice that the ATP site totally ignored JC today? He wasn't in the Wednesday preview yesterday, nor was he in the wrap-up for today.

What would Anderson say?

Take that as a good omen...the 'One to Watch' in reverse...

FYI, Nalbandian was the very last 'One to Watch' for the season.

JC's second on Centre Court tomorrow, but not before 1 PM.

What would Anderson say?

Maybe this will inspire him, although Berdych will be tough, not a good match-up for JC, I'm afraid.

Thumbs up Re: Ah, Paris in the fall is magnifique, and so is JC!

Tomas is so dangerous for him. When he is good he can beat lots of top 10, so I just hope Juan will show his game to beat him, also return better this time.

Stan The Paris Man

Cheer for: Wawrinka Murray Ljubicic Gonzalez Mahut Nishikori Soderling Tipsarevic Mathieu Monfils Muller Tsonga Berdych Acasuso O.Rochus Kiefer...
