Re: Ah, Paris in the fall is magnifique, and so is JC!

Last years I didn`t talk in french, so I forgot words and can`t write here something in french.
But I think, if I write something in spanish, JC maybe will stand that, too.
(what do you think? )

Mucha suerte, Juanqui!
Vas al final bonito chico!
Te amo y te quiero siempre...

(Don`t have so much time, so I can`t write more in spanish
- I have to think about the grammar a long time )

Allez, Juan Carlos! Montre-nous que tu est capable de gagner! Montre que le roi de l'Espagne est retourné!

why is it easier to hurt someone with words than with deeds?

Coria has not been to playing to good himself lately. I don't think Juan Carlos has anything to fear from him

...or vice versa... But he should fear Berdych, Verdasco, and Ginepri...and any French guy!

Re: Ah, Paris in the fall is magnifique, and so is JC!

I think JC should be more worried about the potential qualifier than Serra. Scrichaphan, Djokovic, Zib, Hernych, Seppi are all potential opponents.

Coria has lost 5 out of his last 7 matches, Berdych 4 out of his last 5 matches and Novak 6 out of his last 8. So, if JC can somehow make it to the last 16, he'll end up playing an out of form player - most likely Berdych.

A good draw but we've seen him screw up easier ones than this

I know, potentially a 5th meeting in one year.

Although, to be honest, I'm not sure it matters anymore. If he continues to choke on important points , he'll lose against whomever he plays, be it Coria, Berdych or Serra. I think his destiny is within his own hands now, not the luck of the draw.

But, if he can end this year on a high then hopefully next year he'll make a much better start.

Re: Ah, Paris in the fall is magnifique, and so is JC!

just had a first look at the draw. totaly agree with what you last said Jimnik, its been albout JC not being able to win the imporant points and games lately. also, I just hope he doesnt get to play a big serving and hitting guy as early as his first match
if he makes it past first match, Coria would be hell a lot better opponent than Berdman to face next than, for the same reasons...but if its Berdych...

vamos JC, time to start showing some mental strength in the imporant moments

the last game, berdych didn't play well (i watched it), but i agree with you,
the way jc plays these days - everybody could be a danger

Re: Ah, Paris in the fall is magnifique, and so is JC!

JC could also be a danger to himself unfortunately. For some reason i'm not happy with the draw which probably means he'll go on to win the thing

Re: Ah, Paris in the fall is magnifique, and so is JC!

Well, looking at his H2Hs, he's never played Serra and he's never played Berdych before. In the worst case scenario, he'd have to play Scrichaphan in his 1st match, whom JC is leading 3-1. But the one loss came in Paris, 3 years ago, 6-2 6-3 to Srichaphan.

Coria, we all know, is 3-3 but all 3 losses have come this year. Novak he's leading 4-2 but he lost to him in Paris 2 years ago so there's really no-one here JC would rather face. All of them are beatable on indoor carpet but none of them are pushovers.

I think it's a pretty awful draw but I agree JC is his own worst enemy at times
