As good as it gets.
Hewitt was last year's Wimby champ, Mark P is this year's finalist, Woodbridge probably won a few himself and Arthurs' best surface. Wimbledon is Aussie's holy grail and the grass is always greener in Australia comes Davis Cup final time (summer). Get the picture?

but last time australia played on grass against france in '01 they lost

anyway im just having a total predicament on who 2 root 4 my australia side says australia all the way!! but could i actually go against JC !!! the indecision....

one thing about the grass they use at melbourne park tho they actually have 2 like grow it and and stuff there because normally its just rebound ace so its a bit weird...they say its really good but some articles and stuff say it isnt so i dunno.

i so hope i get 2 go tho!! i know every1 says its gonna be australia in a whitewash cause what would u expect on grass but it is the DC finals and i dont think spain is gonna do out without a fight!!

Yeah I know the feeling trixy, I'll be going for an Aus victory but it's horrible having to want my other faves to lose! Still, I'm glad Spain made the final.

Re: Davis Cup...

Hopefully Spain can upset the Aussies coz it would be soo good if they did to show that they arent just clay-courters...i dont mind if Spain lose as long as thay play well, just to prove to others they can play well on grass. Vamos Espagne!

I agree with plum_juice10! If Spain wins on grass, it would definitely be nice so that people won't label them as "clay-courters". However, I hope Moya and JC's losses at Houston won't affect them! Best of Luck, Spain!!

Re: Davis Cup...

posted this in dc forum but thought i'd post it here too:

Me, Liz and Prazz went to see the Spanish train at Kooyong today and got photos with F-Lo, JCF and Moya... Got autographs from them as well as Corretja and spoke to JC's dad who was standing with us with the whole 3 hours lol. It was the most amazing day, before Liz had arrived i gave my phone to Carlos to speak to her and even tho she didn't think it was all that exciting i thought it was unbelievable that he was actually talking on my phone!!!!!! I've seen JC play in real life before but that was on Vodaphone during AO and coudln't get THIS close to him and he is A BILLION times more beautiful in real lifeeee!!!!!!!! As unbelievable as that may seem lol.

neway training wise, Carlos trained really really hard, but the other three were doing pretty well as well.
