Massu or Acasuso next. JC hs a winning h2h against both of them. The surface in Basel looks very fast so I'm glad JC has a few clay court players in his section.

Massu has a 3-0 h2h lead over Acasuso but, since the US Open, Massu's only victory has been against an Indian player called Qureshi in the Davis Cup. Acasuso won a couple of matches in Madrid and seems to be improving - I expext him to win tomorrow. In either case, JC should (and I say this with extreme caution ) be the favourite for his match on Thursday.

For those that want to see him win - and have europsort - his match against Volandri is now being shown.

David Ferrer , David Nalbandian, Nicolas Almagro, Feliciano Lopez, and Juan Monaco

Did anyone SEE this match today? Massu has been sucking lately you know so one has to hope that it's more to do w Nico than w Chucho. All will be revealed tomorrow.
