then it was one of his few matches that weren't heart-attacking

why is it easier to hurt someone with words than with deeds?

Re: The "Shot Nerves" Club!

We've had a couple good months to give our nerves a rest, time to shatter them again for another year!

What would Anderson say?

Re: The "Shot Nerves" Club!

My nerves have hardened over the last few months. I don't feel a thing anymore. Is that a bad thing?

Re: The "Shot Nerves" Club!

I am!!! I don't feel anything.

Oh wait, I feel some disappointment. But I'm not suffering morphine-needing heart attacks. Yet. There's plenty of time yet for my nerves to be shot again.

Re: The "Shot Nerves" Club!

Shot nerves? Count me in.

How many times must we of shot nerves witness the undoubted pain & suffering of muppets everywhere before we stand up against the cavemen??

One muppet, who wishes to remain anonymous, has this to say: "You know, I uhhhh cannot stay all the time at the you know, base of the line. Too much uhhhh pression."

It is your turn to help - The "Save A Muppet Foundation" needs you!

Re: The "Shot Nerves" Club!

my nerves were shot today. I actually made myself sick because i was so angry watching that stupid server. He ain't a tennis player, just a server. It was actually boring to watch because all that guy did was serve. BUT I"VE NEVER SEEN JC LOOK BETTER IN MY LIFE

Re: The "Shot Nerves" Club!

For a match like this, it's the performance that matters more than the result.
Don't get me wrong, I was very nervous throughout the match but, at the end of the day, it was just an appetizer.

The time to get really nervous will be next week.
