And Nadal is out of Umag, claiming a knee injury.

What would Anderson say?

Re: Umag 2005: The End of the Title Drought!

But first things first, Coria's still in his quarter and when he gets past Coria, he'll win cos Nadal's gone!

Re: Umag 2005: The End of the Title Drought!

Poll of the Umag website...

Who will win this year‘s tournament?
David Ferrer
Carlos Moya
Tommy Robredo
Guillermo Coria
Filippo Volandri
someone else will win the tournament

They leave Juanqui off as a favorite to win it, but the same thing happened with Venus at Wimbledon and look what happened.

What would Anderson say?

I doubt that Tommy is better than Juan.

RadicalGirl at your new av! If Fena was my waiter, I'd tip him generously...

You might need to change your sig now. Nadal listened to Juanqui apparently.

Re: Umag 2005: The End of the Title Drought!

For the second straight week without playing, Juanqui moved up in the rankings to #28!

He is back to #5 in the Spanish rankings, passing Moya! And also within striking distance of Feli who has QF points to defend in Kitz!

Hahaha why? It's the truth. RaDiCaLgIrL♥TR is even tougher on Tommy than I am, and I am VERY TOUGH ON TOMMY. lol. We both love him, of course, but we are very realistic about him lol.

When I saw Tommy listed as an option on that poll I almost laughed out loud. He won't win it. lol. I mean, it'd be nice to see him win tournament #3 and all, but he's just not going to do it. I don't see it happening. Haha. Not having to play Juanqui/Coria/Djokovic (yes I am including Novak as a choice for the semifinals) in the semis. I'd be pretty confident predicting a Robredo loss to any of those three guys.

But as this is not Tommy's forum, let me not rant about him here.

As Juanqui is not in that poll they have on their site I can't vote for him, but Ferrer has a nice draw

Troicki - Djokovic - Del Potro - Kyrgios - Berankis
Cibulkova - Robson - Kirilenko - Azarenka
Retired but always loving Ferrero - Ancic - Kiefer

He was #27 at one stage this week but Dent overtook all of them and bumped them down one...

Re: Umag 2005: The End of the Title Drought!

Juanqui vs. Novak in the 2nd round This is like Juanqui vs. my Marcos in Estoril 1st round
VAMOS Juanqui! Win as much as you can !
Not being in Nadal's half is great Coria is not Nadal ...he's beatable

I suck at TT so there's no reason to brag with my 1st round exits :retard:
And I adore Radiohead
