POSTCARDS PROJECT MISSION - COMPLETED!
Finally I can rest. *breathes out*

The Postcards Project album (created and orgnaised by Nana) was delivered safely to Juan Carlos today when he was out practicing at Melbourne Park.

Basically it went something like this:

[Juan Carlos sits down for a short break during his practice]

Lily: Juan Carlos, sorry to bother you, but can I give this to you?

[Lily hands over the postcards album]

JC: Thank you.

[Juan Carlos flicks through a few pages as Lily proceeds to briefly explain what the album is all about]

JC: Thank you very much.

Note: Our Juan Carlos doesn't seem to be a man of many words... 0_0

[Juan Carlos hands over the Album to his coach, Antonio, who flicks through it as well]

Note: Can I just say here that I *heart* Antonio? He was absolutely lovely towards us and seemed quite impressed by the album!

[Lily remembers that she had some other things sent in by fans to give to Juan Carlos and disturbs him again. eek!]

Lily: Sorry Juan Carlos, these are also for you.

JC: [seeing the wrapped present] I open them later, okay?

[Juan Carlos places the wrapped present and other small gift bag onto the table. Antonio places the album down and they both go back to practicing]

-----

PHOTOS?
Photos of the event will be posted tomorrow! BIG thanks to Phillip for capturing the moment! ^_^ We have shots of Juan Carlos checking out the album, Antonio checking out the album AND a photo of Juan Carlos holding the album for us to take a photo of especially. (Thank you to Antonio once again for helping us get that last photo!)

I might post a more detailed report of today's events on the JCFO Fan Forum sometime tomorrow - once I get the photos from Phillip so that I can perhaps recall a little more than I have in the report above.
