Re: King of Umag returns!

3-6

Gonzalez free swinging and going for broke with a pretty good success rate.
JC has hit some clean winners but he needs to cut down UEs and stop Gonzalez from hitting winners everywhere.

FH winners: JC 1, MG 9
BH winners: JC 6, MG5

Re: King of Umag returns!

Last year JC also started losing the first set in RD64
Time to play well, otherwise JC will drop around the number 150

Let's hope he starts his come back now.

Already a break down in the second set though... *0-2

As for the ranking, he can use protected ranking until the end of the season so there's still time for him to pick up points.

Yes, sure , you are right about the protected ranking. I would like another top 50 finish and you need about 950-1000 points . JC has 340 points in the race so far

Of course the higher ranking he finishes the season, the better, and like you I hope he'll end the seaon in top 50.
But it's nice to know that even if his ranking slumps further, he doesn't have to ask for WCs to enter tournaments as long as he has protected ranking.

JC now in control of the set. 5-2*

Trainer on Gonzalez's side.
