Re: Hamburg Here He Comes!

JCF is up to 449 after yesterday's victory, Edda. Just another 51 to go!

If he really is planning to play another 2 years, it's a very realistic target. It would be a big achievement to join the 500 club, and i think Moya is the only Spaniard to have done it so far.

Rafa's on 448 currently and he's not even 25 yet, so a more appropriate target for him would be about 1000! If he takes care of those knees, of course.

I still have the feeling Rafa is not gonna last forever. Sometimes I even think he will not be around until 30 because his knees are...a little...doomed

Haha, i was half expecting his knees to blow up on court at some point last season. I'm glad he's taking his scheduling a bit more seriously now though. Should keep him on the tour for another couple of years at least... And even on one leg, Rafa could still beat 95% of the tour!

Re: Hamburg Here He Comes!

Thanks for the update on Juanqui's and Rafa's progress toward 500. I am glad to hear Juanqui plans to play for another couple of years. I didn't get to see his earlier competitions, so seeing him is very nice. I was really worried for Rafa last year when he was hurting so bad. Juanqui and Rafa are two of my favorite players and I want to see them play as long as possible.

As for me, I'm glad my student days are over. I don't want to go back to them, even though I did well academically.
