A Rafa and Juanqui final would be a wonderful thing! Both are excellent players!

Wow, Zverev and Monaco already out. Results have really gone in his favour. Hope he takes advantage.

Yeah but Stakhovsky can be dangerous when he's on. Hope he expended most of his energy in yesterday's match!

Indeed, definitely shouldn't be complacent.

In fact Juanqui has been playing his worst tennis on Spanish soil recently. Losses to Kunitsyn and Cuevas were among the most embarrassing of 2009.

I'm sure you will develop a stomach pain that only lasts in the morning.

It's going to be close to midnight my time. I will have to sacrifice my beauty sleep again...

But TennisTV.com has streaming only from Thursday.

Re: Juan Carlos Back on Spanish Soil: Barcelona 2010 Thread

From Rafa's interview yesterday :

Quote:
With the tournament having lost several of it’s stars this year due to injury, several journalists question how the event would be affected, but Nadal saw no reason for concern: “The success of a tournament like the Godó doesn’t depend only on whether or not the world #1 plays, or the #3, or #5. The draw is still very strong; there are a lot of great players here. Hopefully a Spaniard will win, [Juan Carlos] Ferrero is playing very well, [Fernando] Verdasco obviously, and David [Ferrer] as well. Then there is [Robin] Soderling, who is always very difficult to beat.”
