Re: Andreas Vinciguerra

The heat and humidity Monday forced members of the Swedish Davis Cup tennis team to skip the evening practice, ahead of the world group playoff tie here Friday.
"Andreas (Vinciguerra) is suffering from dehydration and has consequently come down with cramps. The humidity here is much more than what we are used to," said Sweden's Davis Cup non-playing captain Mats Wilander.

"We will have to drink lots of fluids and my aim will be to keep the players in shape," said the former world No. 1. Wilander was, however, happy that the team was finally able to get some practice under its belt on grass courts - the surface on which the tie will be played - Monday morning.

Owing to rains that lashed Delhi, the team was only able to practise on hard courts so far, until they practised at the National Sports Club of India Monday morning.

The Indian team, on the other hand, had two sessions of practice.

Re: Andreas Vinciguerra

Vinci, you studmuffin! Although I hate the skinhead look, and prefer him with hair, I don't 100% dislike this look I dislike the pale scalp, but it makes his eyes stand out a lot more and I'm glad he didn't shave his face/ head entirely. Or... I may have to ditch him til it grew back.

Hope they put him in

Re: Andreas Vinciguerra

Bald is beautiful and it will grow back eventually, the heat must have been too much.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Andreas Vinciguerra

Vinci is on the qualie list for the AO and that is great, just hope he is there in a few weeks.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
