Re: Andreas Vinciguerra

From Expressen/today

The article says that Vinci is planning a comeback which makes me really happy He says that he will start to practice on a high level again in october and is planning to make a comeback in january.
Vinci was at the doctor last week and that made him optimistic :"The knee looks much better. It is still a bit swollen, but not much. I will have a new x-ray in october and if everything looks fine then, I will fight for a comeback early next year."

Very good news and I really hope it will happen like Vinci is hoping

Re: Andreas Vinciguerra

Vinciguerra opererad - missar 2008

December 16:
Quote:
27-year-old Andreas Vinciguerra has started playing club tennis again in Sweden and if all goes well he may return to the tour. The left-hander reached No. 33 in the world back in 2001 but last competed in 2006 due to a long-term knee injury.

Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge

Heja Vinci

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Andreas Vinciguerra

He fought like an animal in the match against Levy but lost in a very hard fought 5 set match.

Andreas was really really disappointed after the match and Thomas Johansson said that Vinci said after the game he never wanted to play tennis again. I´m sure he will, he´s a warrior!!
