The sentence means 'We keep giving ourselves the pleasure'.
Vd & Vds are abbreviations for usted & ustedes respectively. They are the formal you in Spanish but take 3rd person verbs, example:
Usted habla = You are talking [sir or madam]
Ustedes hablan = You [all] are talking
Basically you use usted/ustedes with strangers, people who are older than you (non family members) or above you in rank (like in a company), or any situation in which you want to show the other person respect.
