I must admit "mixed" almost always looks best
I have to admit even though I am a little biased

haven't a clue where they got it from. I think the powers that be were kind by taking the best of hubs and I
I am an American by birth and upbringing. However, my ancestry is Scottish-German-English-Dutch-French-Irish, in that order.
I know that those areas don't all specifically represent "ethnicities" per se, but they do give a sense of my genetic origins. Also, some of my Scottish ancestry took a detour into Australia for a couple of generations.
Scottish and German are my most prevalent genetic influences, with English, Dutch, French, and Irish farther behind. I should also note that my predominantly Scottish roots resent my English roots and have formed an alliance of sorts with my French roots. Interesting how things like that happen.
Basically, my predecessors conspired to preclude me from having any noticeable traces of melanin. They succeeded.
