Well I'm done here. Your ignorance is irritating to me, but that's my failing. I should have just written you off as a little wanker several several posts ago.
A cutting blow. Like a dagger to my heart

True enough. Drogba was born in France though. Too bad he choose Ivory coast.

He is rated as the top striker by most people. Why Barcelona would be ready to pay a unbelievable amount of money if he wasn't that good?

The number of times he delivered in big match just this year :
- a goal in madrid in CL against real (and what a goal).
- a goal against ireland in dublin (and what a goal) to qualify France for world cup.
- a goal against Juventus in CL
- the freekick for the goal of Arsenal in the final.

Give me any other current striker, and I'll give plenty of big match where they didn't show up this year.

As I said a few days ago here Henry will always have his critics, but there's no denying he is one of the world's best players.

Re: Best European Striker?

Henry and Shevchenko are better than anyone else on that list by quite a long way. I went for Henry as he is a far more rounded player but it is hard to compare the different players.

Champions deserve whatever they win playing within the laws of the game

Thanks Thierry Henry's media manager.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Oooooh, how funny, you should put again one of your own quote in your signature as a sign of modesty.

Henry is a player with finesse, subtle if you want. I doubt that a guy whose nickname is GeorgeWHitler can understand that.

I will do that next week. Yes, kicking the ball and using your blistering pace to outrun people is finesse, that is impressive.
